Garibes Close is a townhouse complex comprising eight residential units catering to the middle to high-income market.

 

Each unit includes three bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom and a second bathroom catering to the additional two bedrooms.  An open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area located on the ground floor and lives out to an outdoor garden/ entertainment backyard that incorporates a splash pool. All three bedrooms are located on the first floor for maximum privacy, and each lives out to a balcony.

 

Two different plan configurations were utilized in order to take maximum advantage of the irregular site shape and to ensure privacy and take advantage of the available views.
